INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The requirements, demands and expectations of beneficiaries have changed by elapse of time so as they do not accept EPC services of poor quality anymore; this has obliged service providers inevitably to pay more attention to the quality of their services by using applicable standards and the experience of other service providers or by following the approach of successful service providers.
We believe we are able to offer EPC services best tailored to our customers’ requirements within the minimum possible time.
During our years of activities in industry, we at Radman always paid special attention to
– our commitment to beneficiaries’ requirements
– our commitment to environmental pollution prevention
– maintaining safe environment for the staff
– enhancing the scientific level of the staff
– accountability to beneficiaries’ complains and evaluation of performance
We have done our best to accomplish the above-mentioned commitments.
I strongly support the establishment of Integrated Management System and expect all my colleagues in Radman to cooperate with my representative for fulfillment and accomplishment of Radman’s objectives.

I  myself  will  oversee  the  performance  of  the activities  and  will continuously  evaluate  the  effect.  At  the  end  of  each  year,  the objectives of the following year will be concluded and approved with regard to the viewpoints of the beneficiaries and then during each management revision meeting, the extent of accomplishment will be investigated.
