Completion and approval of preliminary design and detailed design, engineering services, purchase of goods, supply of all special materials and equipment required for the project (Materials & Equipment) and special and general tools and performing all executive works of civil and industrial structures, construction, mechanical, electrical and Precision tools and necessary tests, pre-startup and start-up, temporary delivery and one-year maintenance period and definitive delivery and supply of spare parts before start-up and start-up and supply of spare parts for 2 years of operation.
